He has been in the Corporate Sector for over 4 decades. He was in the Unilever Group of Companies for nearly 2 decades handling diverse Legal portfolios including Foods, Litigation, Industrial relations, Tax amongst others. He was the Regional Category Counsel for Foods for Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and Australasia engaging in a major international Foods portfolio restructuring drive.

 

He was later at Tata Motors Limited which owns Jaguar Land Rover as the Group General Counsel engaging in a major international expansion and a compliance  drive including M&A and was a member of the Apex Corporate Steering Committee and the Sr. Vice President – HR & Legal. 

 

He was then the President and Group General Counsel of the Reliance ADA Group of Companies engaging in a major restructuring drive including M&A. He was later with the Zee Group, a media and entertainment group, as the Group General Counsel.

 

He has founded Yuhina Law a firm that advises Corporates and is an Independent Director.

 

He has been Chairing committees of Industry Chambers both International & Indian for Legal, IPR and Taxation issues. He has been leading efforts of the Industry in various committees of the Government that formulate legislative framework on FMCG, Tax, Consumer protection and Safety.
